
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all tickets to the Runway AI Summit 2026 (the "Event").
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and venue rules.
Runway AI, Inc. ("Runway") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
A valid ticket is required for admission. Each ticket is valid only for the specific date(s) and session(s) indicated.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without Runway's prior written consent.
Runway reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event venue for disorderly conduct, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with venue rules.
Late arrivals will be admitted only at the discretion of management and during appropriate breaks.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
You acknowledge that the Event may contain objectionable content, flashing lights, strobe effects, or other visual stimuli that may affect photosensitive individuals or cause discomfort to some viewers.
By registering for the Event, you agree to allow Runway to communicate with you via email and SMS messages with information regarding the Event.
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Before being admitted to the Event and obtaining your Event entry material (e.g., badges, wristbands, or passes) ("Credentials") you will be required to present a valid government-issued identification (copies will not be accepted) that matches the name on the ticket.
You must have your Credentials to receive admittance to the Event. If requested by security, attendees may be required to provide additional identification.
Runway may have third party sponsors and exhibitors, and you may choose to allow these sponsors or exhibitors to scan your Credentials so they can contact you with more information. All scanning is optional. By allowing a sponsor or exhibitor to scan your badge, you authorize Runway to share your registration information (including your name, email, company, and title) with such sponsor or exhibitor. You can opt out at any time by emailing privacy@runwayml.com.
Runway reserves the right to change the Event schedule, venue, exhibitors, presenters, and content without notice.
Runway is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to Event cancellation or changes, including travel expenses or accommodations.
In the event of force majeure, Runway may modify, postpone, or cancel the Event without liability.
You grant to and Runway and its licensees the right to photograph, film and record you and your voice, and to use your name, voice, likeness and image without compensation, in connection with the Event and for publication, reproduction, sale, license, distribution, broadcast and other use in all media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity.
Unauthorized photography, video, or audio recording is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights in the Event content remain the property of Runway or the respective creators/rightsholders.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Disruptive behavior, protests, or demonstrations
- Harassment of staff, presenters, or other attendees
- Discriminatory language or behavior
- Recording, photographing, or transmission of any content without authorization
- Bringing weapons, dangerous items, or unauthorized technical equipment
- Any behavior the organizers in their sole discretion deem inappropriate or disruptive
As a security measure, Runway may be randomly checking bags onsite for the Event. No bags or property should be left unattended at any time. Unattended property may be removed.
Runway reserves the right to take any security measures it deems appropriate to increase the safety of attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors, without prior notice. Runway reserves the right to change the policies set forth herein, without prior notice, and has sole discretion to deny entry to anyone.
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. You assume all risks and dangers arising from the Event.
You release Runway and its affiliates, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, losses, damages, or injury that you may sustain at the Event. For California residents: I understand that this release applies to claims which I may not know or suspect to exist and I knowingly and voluntarily waive such rights, including those under California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."
You agree to indemnify and hold Runway harmless for any claims relating to or arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Runway is not responsible for the conduct, behavior, or actions of other attendees, and you waive any claims against Runway arising from the conduct of other attendees.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE TERMS AND/OR THE EVENT (EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES, OR SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE). RUNWAY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FACE VALUE OF YOUR TICKET.
